EXCELLENT hotel with minor Wi-Fi issue
large bed clean condition friendly staff
The hotel room had a VERY large bed, which i found to be comfortable. I was impressed that everything was clean and tidy upon my arrival. The reception staff were friendly and always ready to assist me.
I encountered a problem with the Wi-Fi connection. It was non-existent in my room. This made it difficult for me to complete some work. I hope they fix this .

The hotel features a luggage storage area. The front desk offered good service, which I appreciated. I noticed there were two elevators available .

superb location helpful staff equipped kitchen
The location was superb. It put me so close to the best parts of the city. the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready with a smile and quick assistance. i especially liked the room size and its well equipped kitchen facilities.
the walls felt a bit thin, i could hear neighbors chatting sometimes. i wish there had been better soundproofing to enhance privacy and ensure quieter nights.

The residence provides a convenient laundry room . It made longer stays much easier. i also noticed a fresh water station located near the reception, quite useful after sightseeing.

The area is excellent for exploring, with the cathedral nearby. It is a short walk to many restaurants. metro and bus stops are also very close. I never had any trouble getting around.

While the hotel does not have a full restaurant, there are numerous dining options in the immediate vicinity. i found several local bakeries and cafes very close by, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. This was very convenient.

I am grateful for the very clean room. The hotel had cooking facilities, it included everything. I think location was very good.
The room set up was odd for two people. We found only one bottle of water provided, and one mug. It was unclear there was a second towel, annoying.

some issues
musty smell empty dispenser
the location were good, i were close to everything i wanted to see.
the room had a strange musty smell that wouldn't go away. i also noticed the shower gel dispenser in the shower was completely empty. it was frustrating discovering this while i'm already in the shower and had not other options.
